HyperionDev, a leading tech education provider, seeks a Head of University Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with universities. This role involves business development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Head of University Partnerships will be responsible for:
- Managing partner relationships and ensuring their success.
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within the university ecosystem.
- Creating a systematic approach to partner relationship management.
- Overseeing operational planning and risk management.
- Serving as the primary point of escalation for issues.
- Providing analysis to inform team decision-making.
- Ensuring team coordination and timely responses.
- Conducting business reviews and sharing insights.
HyperionDev requires that candidates have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of account management or client servicing experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing university partnerships in edtech or higher education.
- A history of high partner retention and growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage complex decision-making processes.
