HyperionDev, a leading tech education provider, seeks a Head of University Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with universities. This role involves business development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Head of University Partnerships will be responsible for:

  • Managing partner relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within the university ecosystem.
  • Creating a systematic approach to partner relationship management.
  • Overseeing operational planning and risk management.
  • Serving as the primary point of escalation for issues.
  • Providing analysis to inform team decision-making.
  • Ensuring team coordination and timely responses.
  • Conducting business reviews and sharing insights.

HyperionDev requires that candidates have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of account management or client servicing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing university partnerships in edtech or higher education.
  • A history of high partner retention and growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to manage complex decision-making processes.
