HyperionDev is seeking a Head of Business Development located in Johannesburg. This role involves shaping the go-to-market strategy and team structure, while also propelling revenue growth through consultative sales expertise. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, the Head of Business Development will be a key member of the revenue leadership team.
The role requires demonstrable experience in acquiring, maintaining, and growing corporate training clients across multiple verticals. A foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance is highly desirable. HyperionDev is looking for someone with experience in building and leading successful business development teams.
