AI Enablement Lead at VML MAP

VML MAP is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AI solutions are effectively implemented, enabling teams to optimize their workflows, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with a strong background in AI technologies, process improvement, software implementation and stakeholder engagement. The person will be responsible for enablement across the organization.

As part of the Agentic AI Lab, the person will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent multi-agent systems that tackle complex, real-world challenges.

• Proven experience in Software, AI tooling implementation, automation, or related fields.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
