GoFibre is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to manage and develop a team of field sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching team members to achieve targets, while ensuring consistent brand messaging and a customer-first approach.
The role involves:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives
- Coaching and mentoring team members in the field
- Monitoring performance and KPIs
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Supporting the team in generating leads and closing sales
- Reporting on territory performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in field sales
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Highly motivated and results-focused
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
