GoFibre is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to manage and develop a team of field sales executives across Dundee, Angus, and Aberdeen. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring a high-quality, customer-first approach.
Role Involves:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives to achieve targets.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in the field.
- Monitoring performance and KPIs, implementing action plans.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Supporting lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and a customer-first approach.
- Reporting on territory performance and collaborating with sales leadership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in field sales with a track record of delivering results.
- Experience in managing a sales team with a proactive mindset.
- Highly motivated and results-focused with a hands-on leadership style.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the territory.
