GoFibre is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to manage and develop a team of field sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching team members to achieve targets, while ensuring consistent brand messaging and a customer-first approach.

The role involves:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives
  • Coaching and mentoring team members in the field
  • Monitoring performance and KPIs
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Supporting the team in generating leads and closing sales
  • Reporting on territory performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in field sales
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Highly motivated and results-focused
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
