Senior Product Designer at TribalScale

TribalScale is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Toronto. The company is a global leader in innovation, combining Agile methodologies and cutting-edge AI to create digital solutions.

The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation, working with clients to define their needs and develop strategic solutions. This person will be working closely Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales. They will also mentor team members and providing coaching.

Role involves:

• Understanding and applying design thinking principles.
• Producing materials for clients and developers.
• Leading design discovery sessions.
• Managing communication with stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing changes to processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role
• Proficiency of UX design discipline
• Strong proficiency with the latest design tools and software, Figma
• Experience in consulting environment or strong experience presenting in front of senior stakeholders
