FreemarketFX is seeking a Banking Support Analyst to join their team in London. FreemarketFX is a FCA regulated Authorised Payment Institution which specialises in cross-border payments and currency exchange.
The Banking Support Analyst will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, responding to RFIs, liaising with compliance and risk teams, and opening virtual accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as an additional point of contact for all Banking/NBFI partners.
- Support the Head of Banking with documenting product features.
- Review all banking related JIRA tickets and appoint banking partner to new and existing client account openings.
- Support compliance with new and ongoing tasks, including application filing, EDD annual reviews, and KYC.
- Coordinate with the compliance team on RFI requests from Banking/NBFI partners.
- Keeping updated partner specific pricing and risk appetite matrix.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Banking Support/Relationships function in the Fintech, payment industry or Banks.
- Understanding of Banking landscape across UK & EU.
- Well versed with global payment methods.
- High level of understanding of regulatory and compliance regime for payment companies.
- Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects.
- Self-starter, team orientated, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible, with excellent presentation/communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in JIRA is a plus.
