The Physician Recruiter will work closely with leadership to identify, attract, and hire physicians for various positions within the organization.

Role involves:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential physician candidates.
• Creating and managing job postings.
• Executing effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintaining a database of physician candidates.
• Supporting the development of recruitment strategies.
• Acting as a mentor to teammates.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of physician or APP recruitment experience.
• Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources.
• Exceptional partner to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
