Lead Salesforce Developer at LHV Bank

LHV Bank is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join their Salesforce team. The candidate will manage a small team of Salesforce Administrators and lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves driving automation across banking workflows and embedding Salesforce within LHV's wider digital banking platform.Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Supporting and developing the nCino platform.
• Managing and mentoring a Salesforce team.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce features.
• Maintaining and evolving Salesforce architecture and integration strategy.
• Implementing and maintaining APEX code and Lightning components.
• Driving best practices in development and change management.
• Staying current on platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning).
• Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce professionals.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II); Admin certification desirable.
• Strong grasp of integration strategies and experience with APIs.
• Passion for automation.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
