Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to define and execute a talent evolution strategy.
  • Develop skills-based models to anticipate and prepare for future roles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding organizational evolution and restructuring.
  • Design and implement scalable global platforms to enhance talent architecture.
  • Leverage AI-driven platforms to optimize talent insights and personalized learning experiences.
  • Develop and execute leadership development programs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles focused on global talent transformation.
  • Background in consulting, technology, or global enterprises.
  • Proven expertise in business transformation, HR strategy, and future-of-work initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and launching scalable talent and skills platforms.
  • Strong executive presence with a capacity to drive strategic change.
