Seamless.AI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Program Manager to enhance the employee experience and optimize recruiting operations. This role involves driving cross-functional initiatives and scaling HR programs to support the company's growth.Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage scalable HR programs.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives.
  • Build programs for career development and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee employee feedback and engagement surveys.
  • Streamline hiring workflows and improve recruiter productivity.
  • Optimize recruiting tools and systems.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in HR or Talent Acquisition program management.
  • Strong project management and change leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and recruiting operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR program management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
