Responsibilities: - Design and manage scalable HR programs.

Requirements: - Proven success in HR or Talent Acquisition program management.
- Strong project management and change leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and recruiting operations.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR program management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
