Job Description
Yondr is seeking a QA/Cx Manager to support the Design & Construction and EHSQ team. This role is crucial for creating and operating spaces and services aligned with Yondr's culture and brand. The QA/Cx Manager will act as the primary point of contact for all Owner Quality and Cx matters, providing site-level support for program execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the site PM in ensuring compliance with the QA/Cx program.
  • Manage the CxA and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Act as an on-site reference point for the CxA and the GC QC and Cx Managers.
  • Coordinate deferred Cx testing and assist with Cx-related warranty items.
  • Monitor Cx progress and achievement, ensuring adherence to the escalation process.
  • Identify and escalate deviations from program standards to the QA/Cx Lead PM.
  • Provide accurate Cx performance reporting at the project and program level.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience supporting QA for critical facilities environments.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software such as Cx Alloy and Procore.
  • Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing matters.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective goal-setting abilities to manage progress.
