Project Director at Yondr Group

Yondr is seeking a Project Director to lead data center projects through their full lifecycle. The Project Director will manage multidisciplinary teams, resolve complex issues, and negotiate effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with a customer-first mentality and a solutions-driven approach.Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the full lifecycle of project delivery
• Support the design process
• Maintain excellent working relationships with Yondr’s supply chain partners
• Manage the process of procuring the General Contractor (GC), sub-contract and supplier orders
• Ensure information is compliant with the Planning / Permitting requirements for the scheme.
• Administer agreements including the Development Agreement and Main Contract Agreement.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years relevant professional and project delivery experiences
• Management of multi-professional and multi-cultural teams and projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction and capital projects strategy, markets, customers, and supply chain in region
• Experience in all forms of contract and administration
• Delivery of several projects including Data Centres
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
