Responsibilities involve:

• Guiding client scientists in study design using the Substantiate application.
• Creating detailed protocols for scientific use cases and validation studies.
• Developing a deep understanding of the Substantiate application and sharing it with customers and teammates.
• Developing and maintaining scientific assets in the Aetion Measure Library.
• Maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Responding to customer requests through the Aetion support system.

Requirements include:

• A graduate degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of related analytical experience (MSc, MPH) or a PhD with related analytical experience.
• Experience engaging with customers or in external-facing roles.
• Working knowledge of healthcare datasets.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
