Supervisor (Workshop + Ground Operations) at Neuron Mobility

Neuron Mobility is seeking a Supervisor to lead its Workshop & Ground Operations team in Perth, Australia. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring Drivers and Warehouse Technicians, ensuring the productivity of warehouse technicians and inventory accuracy levels as well as scooter availability.

The role involves:

• Servicing and repairing e-scooters.
• Developing and executing Neuron's Warehouse Management strategy.
• Training new Warehouse Technicians and Operations team members.
• Planning and conducting stocktakes.
• Overseeing Operations team performance.
• Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performing basic administrative tasks.
• Representing Neuron as a brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid Open Class Driver Licence.
• A suitable personal smart phone.
• Prior mechanical experience with e-scooters.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations & stock planning (advantageous).
• A hands-on approach to leadership.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen curiosity in shared mobility.
