Software Architect at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Software Architect to join their team in Campinas, Brazil. The Growth Group unifies AB InBev's business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams, focusing on leveraging data and driving digital transformation.

The Software Architect will be a leading voice in team discussions, proposing and developing technical solutions, fostering best coding practices, and ensuring code quality. He will understand the front and backend ecosystem, maintain documentation, and provide technical guidance to the team, working in collaboration with the Architecture, Development, and Product teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Being a leading voice in team discussions and decisions
• Proposing and developing technical solutions
• Fostering adoption of best coding practices and patterns
• Engaging and ensuring the code quality
• Understanding the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process
• Leading the team technically
• Benchmarking technology and development practices
• Maintaining documentation, charts and diagrams
• Monitoring and improving monitoring dashboards
• Providing technical guidance to the team
• Working in collaboration with the Architecture, Development and Product team

Requirements:

• University degree in courses related to computing
• Experience with software, systems and infrastructure architecture
• Experience with Drupal, Java, Spring framework
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with microservices architecture and patterns
• Experience in micro-frontends pattern
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Experience with high-demand software solutions
• Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Test Automation
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban
• Lead technical discussions
• Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Solid understanding of clean software design principles
