  • Managing a portfolio of customers and conducting proactive outreach.
  • Building strategic account plans in partnership with the sales account executive.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Providing industry insights and recommendations.
  • Experience as a Sr. Customer Success Manager in a SaaS organization.
  • Working knowledge of sales and renewal cycles.
  • Domain expertise in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
