- Managing a portfolio of customers and conducting proactive outreach.
- Building strategic account plans in partnership with the sales account executive.
- Building consultative relationships with customers.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Providing industry insights and recommendations.
- Experience as a Sr. Customer Success Manager in a SaaS organization.
- Working knowledge of sales and renewal cycles.
- Domain expertise in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
