Visier is seeking a Software Developer to join their Singapore team and contribute to the development of Vee, a generative AI digital assistant for people analytics. The Software Developer will play a key role in advancing this transformative technology. Visier is a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions.
Role Involves:
- Developing core technology for cloud-based applications in generative AI and machine learning.
- Engineering prompt retrieval and augmentation.
- Creating effective tests for prompts.
- Integrating Vee with third-party tools and frameworks.
- Developing and maintaining data connectors to various data sources.
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance features, product, technology, and processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, proactive work environment.

- Strong communication skills.
- A solid academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
