SVP of Finance at Roofr

Roofr is seeking an SVP of Finance to drive the company’s financial performance and growth. The SVP of Finance will report to the CEO and act as a key member of the leadership team, providing critical financial insights that shape long-term financial strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to scale the finance function from its current stage to support growth and play a pivotal role in Roofr's continued success.What this role involves:

• Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy.
• Overseeing financial planning & analysis and budget processes.
• Supporting accounting operations and ensuring compliance.
• Leading, mentoring, and growing the finance team.
• Overseeing fundraising efforts and treasury management.

What you'll bring to the role:

• A CPA designation (or similar) is required.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong FP&A background.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a SaaS company
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
