Palmetto is seeking an Operations Specialist Associate to support the LightReach Platform. The Operations Specialist Associate will manage the support and processing ecosystem surrounding Palmetto’s financial products. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth intake of all financial product transactions and providing support to installers and underwriting processes.
The role involves:
Providing consultative support to installers via chat, responding to inquiries within 2 minutes with accurate guidance.
Managing resource by maintaining accuracy & attention to detail on training and knowledge base development
Executing underwriting reviews within 15 minutes and ensuring compliance.
Monitoring chat queues for installer support inquiries, offering guidance on processes and milestone requirements.
Reviewing underwriting document submissions within the scope of support inquiries.
Reviewing milestone documentation intake and providing status updates to partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
Knowledge of the construction or solar industry (preferred).
Excellent conversational English writing skills.
Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys/shortcuts.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Passion for servant leadership and ability to navigate stressful situations with emotional intelligence.
