Salesforce Product Manager

Job Description

Palmetto is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to drive the continued development of its Salesforce platform. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, but remote candidates may be considered. The Salesforce Product Manager will own the product strategy, roadmap, and sprint priorities for Palmetto’s Salesforce team, serving as the primary business liaison and subject matter expert.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding Palmetto’s business processes and organizational priorities.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
• Managing the technical Salesforce lead and delivery team.
• Developing and maintaining the Salesforce product vision and roadmap.
• Managing and prioritizing User Stories for the Salesforce product backlog.
• Leading Salesforce product roadmap and sprint planning meetings.
• Managing end-user testing, communications, and release management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience at a technology company or consulting firm.
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience with middleware for Salesforce and DevOps tools.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories.
• Technical expertise in the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
