Finyard, a global FinTech company focused on innovative software solutions, is seeking a Project Manager/Product Operations Specialist to support the Chief Product Officer. The role involves acting as a key link between Product, Dev, Marketing & PR, Dealing, and Data teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and data-informed decision-making. This is an opportunity to develop into a strong Product Owner within the trading products domain.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to keep tasks up to date and ensure deadlines are met.
- Drafting presentations and regular updates on new features and product performance.
- Collaborating with PR and Marketing teams to publicize new features and product updates.
- Performing ad hoc analysis of platform metrics, user behavior, and competitor offerings.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve team processes.
- Assisting with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization.
Requirements:
- Startup experience.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with task management and documentation software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong ability to deconstruct complex tasks and plan efficient workflows.
- Experience with using common AI/automation tools.
- Interest in Trading & Crypto.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent Russian and English language.
