Ogilvy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Advisor to join their team. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, UK, offering a blend of work in the advertising and health sectors. The People Advisor will report to the Head of Employee Experience.
The People Advisor will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to employees across the organization, helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The individual will partner with HRBPs to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Role Involves:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Supporting development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Championing a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
