The company connects thousands of restaurants to millions of consumers daily through innovative solutions, averaging 100 million monthly orders. iFood's offerings extend beyond food delivery, encompassing markets, pharmacies, pet supplies, and iFood Pago, their fintech arm, which includes iFood Benefits, iFood's food and meal vouchers, and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank.

The Senior New Business Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions and driving business growth. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, conduct market research, and implement testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Elaborate data analyses for decision making and insight generation.
  • Implement A/B tests, elasticity tests and other methodologies.
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Structure information for presentation of results.
  • Interface and collaborative relationship between business, data, product and support teams.
  • Create follow-ups and reports as well as interface with data area.
Requirements:
  • Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in SQL (intermediate/advanced) and/or Python
  • Analytical profile, influencing decisions through data, with resilience and driven by challenges
  • Clear communication skills and proactivity in identifying problems and proposing solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the business that is constantly changing and liking a very dynamic environment.
