Job Description
LastPass is seeking a Head of Marketing Technology to lead and scale its marketing technology stack. This role will enable data-driven marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and optimize marketing operations through robust, scalable, and innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a strong background in high velocity B2C and B2B business model with expertise in software development and marketing tools and a deep understanding of marketing operations.
The Head of Marketing Technology will be joining the Business Technology (BizTech) team at LastPass. The team’s mission is to enable business growth through digital transformation, operational excellence and outstanding experiences for our employees and customers.
Role involves:
- Defining and executing the technical strategy for MarTech.
- Creating plans and strategies to support B2C and B2B marketing motions.
- Enhancing marketing campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Improving lead management and nurturing processes.
- Ensuring marketing automation tools provide clear, intuitive, properly contextualized and actionable information.
- Fostering strong partnerships across BizTech, Marketing Analytics and Operations.
- Ensuring the MarTech stack complies with data privacy and security standards.
- Serving as a thought leader in the marketing transformation space.
- Leading and mentoring a global team.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing, integrating and architecting MarTech stack.
- Leadership experience in with B2C & B2B marketing, lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, email marketing, data strategy & governance, and system integration.
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe, 6Sense, Drift, etc), CRM (ex: Salesforce) and global enrichment platforms (ex: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, etc).
- Proven experience designing and implementing omnichannel customer journeys.
- Strong background in customer data platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale MarTech implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech trends, including the use of AI, MarTech architecture, and best practices.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, customer segmentation, and analytics tools like Databricks, PowerBI, etc.
