Working Student - Finance Operations at Insify

Insify, a digital insurance platform for European entrepreneurs and SMEs, is looking for a Working Student to join their Finance team in Amsterdam. This role involves collaborating across departments to ensure financial processes run smoothly. The individual will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring accounts receivable and analyzing invoices.
• Managing the collections process for overdue invoices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.
• Compiling financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements through automation.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Interest in finance and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week.
