Nexxen is seeking a Bookkeeper Team Lead to join their Finance Department in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills, eager to specialize in a global & NASDAQ-listed company. This role supports group subsidiaries worldwide and involves various accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, AP-AR, fixed assets, and payments in a multi-currency environment.
  • Manage month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, and credit cards.
  • Check and submit ongoing tax authority reports (VAT, WTHT etc.).
  • Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects.
  • Collaborate with bookkeepers, controllers, and other finance teams globally.

Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping certificate type 2-3 with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience in NetSuite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of English in both speaking and writing.
  • Strong Excel skills.
