Nexxen is seeking a Bookkeeper Team Lead to join their Finance Department in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills, eager to specialize in a global & NASDAQ-listed company. This role supports group subsidiaries worldwide and involves various accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, AP-AR, fixed assets, and payments in a multi-currency environment.
- Manage month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, and credit cards.
- Check and submit ongoing tax authority reports (VAT, WTHT etc.).
- Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects.
- Collaborate with bookkeepers, controllers, and other finance teams globally.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping certificate type 2-3 with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in NetSuite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of English in both speaking and writing.
- Strong Excel skills.
