Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Outside Account Manager to join their team in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on developing DoorDash partners to enhance engagement, growth, and performance on the platform. The Outside Account Manager will report to the Manager, Outside Account Management on the Strategic Partner Management team.
Role Involves:
- Managing merchant relationships and working towards team goals.
- Presenting quarterly business reviews.
- Minimizing churn and redirecting partners to expansion opportunities.
- Using data to test operational processes.
- Collaborating with Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing sales/account management role.
- Empathy for customer needs and adaptability to meet goals.
- Proficiency in creating data-driven recommendations using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
