DoorDash is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to lead relationships with merchant partners. This role focuses on upselling services, improving business performance, and ensuring satisfaction. The Strategic Partner Manager will report to the Manager, Outside Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage merchant relationships and work towards team goals.
  • Present quarterly business reviews.
  • Minimize churn and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Use data to improve merchant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing sales/account management.
  • Empathy for customer needs and ability to adapt.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recommendations using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
