Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to nurture relationships with merchant partners. This role involves upselling services, conducting business check-ins, improving operations, troubleshooting product issues, and recommending marketing strategies. The Strategic Partner Manager will report to the Manager, Outside Account Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchant relationships and work towards team goals.
  • Present quarterly business reviews.
  • Minimize churn and redirect partners to expansion opportunities.
  • Use data to improve merchant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing sales/account management.
  • Empathy for customer needs and ability to adapt to their goals.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recommendations using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
