Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for their Growth Analytics team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will contribute to data-driven solutions to help customers improve campaign performance. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs and advance machine learning models within the Data Science and Analytics team. This role requires fluency in speaking and writing both Japanese and English.

Role involves:

• Data gathering and analysis.
• Creating custom visual displays of quantitative information.
• Verifying data accuracy from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions.
• Monitoring campaign performance and partnering with sales teams.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve Moloco’s products and services.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with statistical packages (Python, SQL).
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical analyses.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners.
