Altruistiq is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Support Engineer to join their team in Pakistan. Altruistiq is a climate technology startup focused on increasing the sustainability of global supply chains. The successful candidate will independently investigate and resolve bugs, collaborate with the support team, and contribute to a culture of support excellence. This is a remote position.

What the role involves:
  • Be part of our support squad, working closely with other engineers, data engineers and product managers across the company.
  • Take ownership investigating and solving bugs and issues that our customers are facing with our application across a multitude of services.
  • Collaborate to build a fun culture of support excellence.
  • Write tests and make code better in the process.
  • Actively contribute to fighting climate change and make the world a better place.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of full stack experience in application development
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance
  • Excellent debugging skills, especially with AWS Cloudwatch
  • Great communication skills, including being proficient in English, to be able to collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers
  • Extensive experience with AWS, Node, Postgres and Vue
  • Strong proficiency in Javascript and Typescript.
  • Experience with TDD / automated testing (Vitest, Mocha).
