Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care and assent-based principles. The role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and guiding Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans (ABA).
- Leading and maintaining staff, ensuring daily functions are completed.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
