Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bay City, Michigan, to serve as a Supervising Clinician. The Supervising Clinician will ensure the company's clinical standards are met by overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians. Centria centers around clients and ensures individualized care through assent-based care. Centria emphasizes clinical quality, reflected in all aspects of the organization. The Dyad model allows clinicians to focus exclusively on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks.Role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
