Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician. This role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical standards. The Supervising Clinician should believe in core clinical values and respect the values of our clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Foundations of Care and assent-based principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Train and manage a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy.
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans.
  • Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
