Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lansing, Michigan, to serve as a Supervising Clinician. The role involves providing clinical oversight, training Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy.

The Supervising Clinician will ensure clinical standards are met and that ABA Therapy aligns with Centria's Foundations of Care, using Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course, or willingness to complete within the first 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
