Job Description

Storable is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new revenue growth and expand existing revenue streams. The Sales Manager will be actively involved in nurturing and closing deals, as well as implementing a repeatable sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing new bookings across multiple B2B segments
  • Developing and executing account growth strategies
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
  • Conducting regular team meetings
  • Staying updated on industry trends
  • Reporting on sales performance to leadership
  • Participate in sales calls, negotiations
  • Optimize the funnel
  • Keeping the team disciplined and accountable
  • Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product features and benefits
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with a win-win approach
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Strong focus on setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs
  • Commitment to providing continuous training, feedback, and support to sales team members
  • Excellent communication Skills
