Job Description
Storable is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new revenue growth and expand existing revenue streams. The Sales Manager will be actively involved in nurturing and closing deals, as well as implementing a repeatable sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Growing new bookings across multiple B2B segments
- Developing and executing account growth strategies
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Staying updated on industry trends
- Reporting on sales performance to leadership
- Participate in sales calls, negotiations
- Optimize the funnel
- Keeping the team disciplined and accountable
- Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product features and benefits
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with a win-win approach
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Strong focus on setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs
- Commitment to providing continuous training, feedback, and support to sales team members
- Excellent communication Skills
