Product Ops Intern (m/f/d)

Job Description

A portfolio company is seeking a motivated Product Ops Intern (m/f/d) to support its product operations and internal process optimisation strategies. The company is a next-generation supply chain platform redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. Engineered to unlock the full potential of global trade, it harnesses agentic AI and workflow automation to provide seamless, high-efficiency access to premium materials at scale.

The intern will focus on ensuring smooth product delivery and internal coordination, and will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects across product, data, and user research.

Role involves:

• Assisting in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), tickets, and documentation
• Defining test cases, conducting internal testing, and managing bug reports
• Tracking feature releases and ensuring internal release notes and communication are shared
• Owning release cycles and launch communication
• Supporting qualitative user interviews and user research initiatives
• Helping with data clean-up, formatting, and analysis of user behaviour to improve features
• Assisting in maintaining and QA-ing key systems like Salesforce, internal services, and the online shop
• Helping prepare presentations and stakeholder updates

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field
• Basic knowledge of Product Management workflows and best practices
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for learning and growth
• Tech-savvy and analytical
• Fluent in English and German (required)
• Genuine interest in software products, B2B marketplaces, and digital tools
• Eligibility to work within the EU is required
