Foresight is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team of Florida mental health providers. The therapist will provide virtual and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Tampa and surrounding areas. Foresight's purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental healthcare.
What this role involves:
- Providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person, between 25 and 30 clients per week)
- Conducting assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
- Completing timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Managing your caseload and maintaining a consistent schedule
What we're looking for:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs)
- Residency in a state in which we operate (FL residency required for hybrid roles)
- Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
