The company is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist for a maternity cover contract of 1 year and 6 months. He/she will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a motivated and engaged team.
In this role, the HR Specialist will be involved in:
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Conducting HR interviews and analyzing trends for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR compliance.
- Preparing HR reports and supporting people data analytics.
- Administering company benefits and supporting employee queries.
- Collaborating with management on initiatives to build a positive company culture.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies for long-term team growth.
- Strengthening the employer brand and increasing recognition.
- Organizing internal events and participating in external activities.
- Acting as a point of contact for external HR partners.
Requirements for the role include:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR professional in the IT sector.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and labor law.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and people-focused mindset.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
