Foresight is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team in Orlando, Florida. The therapist will provide virtual or in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete timely electronic documentation. Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy. The company's purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care.
The role involves:
- Providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
- Conducting assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Completing timely electronic documentation
- Managing caseload and maintaining a consistent schedule
The requirements are:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs)
- Residency in a state of operation (FL residency required for hybrid roles)
- Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
