Job Description
Arcesium is seeking an Account Manager to develop strong client relationships and identify new sales opportunities. The Account Manager will manage client governance, contract negotiations, and issue resolution, while liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Work with the Sales team to develop new business
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare account plans and reports
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Prior experience working with hedge funds, private equity funds and/or institutional asset managers
  • Strong understanding of these businesses
  • Comfortable independently problem solving
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
