Job Description

Cloudkitchens is seeking a Workday Configurations Analyst to join their team in Manila. The analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for Tier 1 Workday tickets across all HR system modules. This includes researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results, and process flaws. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, as well as a strong understanding of Workday modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day operation support of Tier 1 Workday tickets
  • Maintains accuracy of Workday data and supports HR technology efforts
  • Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues
  • Provides support for Workday, including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Experience managing and prioritizing service tickets using ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tickets concurrently
