Foresight is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team in Texas. The therapist will provide virtual or in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans. They will also complete timely electronic documentation and manage their caseload.

What the role involves:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person, between 25 and 30 clients per week)
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule

Requirements:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
  • Residency in a state in which Foresight operates (TX residency required for hybrid roles)
  • Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
  • Well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
  • Proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
