Mutiny, Trailer Park Group’s integrated creative agency, is seeking a social-first Creative Strategist. The Strategist will dive into clients’ businesses, understand their marketing challenges, and propose solutions. The ideal candidate loves gaming, the internet, and partnering with creative teams to create engaging content. They should be fluent in the modern marketing landscape and the culture of the internet, and on the pulse of the gaming audience.

Role Involves:

• Bringing innovative connections thinking to creative and strategy teams.
• Identifying key communication tasks and developing relevant connection ideas.
• Co-creating inspiring briefs for creative teams.
• Building strategic messaging & communications frameworks.
• Building campaign and/or user journeys.
• Partnering with the measurement and analytics team.
• Providing POVs on media and marketing tactics.
• Preparing and giving presentations.
• Actively contributing and bringing their voice to the table.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in integrated marketing at a creative agency.
• Hands-on strategy and insights experience for creative campaigns.
• Passion for all facets of gaming culture, streaming, eSports, and marketing.
• Ability to field and execute strategic requests.
• Proven ability to lead briefings that inspire innovation.
• Ability to productize strategy.
• Comfortable tackling various projects at once.
• Sensitized to client/creative communication.
• A proactive, self-directed attitude towards work.
• Command of ALL the ways brands connect with people today.
• The ability to surface insights from data, research, and performance reporting.
• Experience working for a social-forward marketing agency.
• Experience with social campaign rollouts, content plans.
• Based in the West Coast Region.
