Job Description
HoYoverse is seeking a Visual Designer to create immersive virtual world experiences. The Visual Designer will be responsible for designing various promotional materials, blending Japanese local design styles with game characteristics. They will collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure design concepts align with project goals. The role involves staying updated on domestic design trends and user preferences to refine design proposals based on user feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Designing diverse promotional materials, including game posters, pamphlets, and online/offline advertisements.
- Integrating Japanese local design styles with game characteristics to produce creative designs.
- Collaborating with marketing and other departments to align design concepts with project goals.
- Monitoring domestic design trends and user preferences to refine design proposals based on user feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent design skills in color theory and composition balance.
- Sharp sense of visual expression.
- Minimum of 2 years of game promotion design experience.
- Experience in game projects with released titles and understanding of game promotion flow and user preferences.
- Strong passion for the gaming industry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
