Job Description
Vestmark is seeking a Project Manager to join their Client Delivery team. This role involves managing high-impact initiatives for recognizable firms in the Wealth Management industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading client implementations, system upgrades, and conversions, ensuring successful project delivery through strategic planning, risk management, and strong communication skills. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring creativity and negotiation skills.
Role involves:
- Managing client implementations, system upgrades, and conversions.
- Developing project plans, risk management strategies, and communication frameworks.
- Driving project timelines and mitigating risks.
- Collaborating with internal and client teams.
- Communicating project status and managing issues.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience delivering mission-critical systems (vendor experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Aha!, MS Project, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
