AI Product Manager

Job Description

VML MAP is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the discovery, design, and delivery of transformative AI products. The AI Product Manager will align with business goals, enhance user experiences, and support the mission to humanize AI applications. The ideal candidate will navigate complex environments, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Role involves:

• Defining and executing product strategies aligned with VML MAP's AI transformation vision.
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Translating complex business problems into data-powered solutions.
• Applying methodologies such as the Triple Diamond, Opportunity Canvas, and AI Canvas.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Partnering with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, AI, or data-driven innovation.
• A strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Triple Diamond Methodology, Opportunity Canvas, and AI Canvas.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• A track record of defining product visions and executing roadmaps.
• Fluency in English and comfort with ambiguity.
