The HRBP Specialist will partner with business leaders to develop talent strategies, increase employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness. The role involves using data insights to inform HR recommendations and contributing to workforce planning and performance management.

The ideal candidate will be curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-growing environment. This person will also forge strong partnerships with business leaders, provide coaching to managers, and ensure HR solutions align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Progressive experience as an HR Business Partner
• HR systems experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese
