Job Description
Jun Group is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to join their production team. This role involves managing and trafficking digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The Ad Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will work with multiple advertising platforms, developing and implementing new processes across all campaigns. This is a full-time position with the option to work on-site from the NYC headquarters. Jun Group is looking for candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of campaign production on Jun Group’s internal platform and third-party DSPs.
  • Building and QA of custom, immersive rich media ad experiences.
  • Collaborating with the Client Services team on campaign requirements and the Strategy team on creative and functionality.
  • Managing proxying and debugging tools to validate tracking tags or troubleshoot ad performance on live campaigns.
  • Creating documentation and process requirements for new features and functionality.
  • Supporting Product Management and Engineering through user acceptance testing of new products and features.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in digital advertising or digital media experience.
  • Proficiency in third-party DSPs such as the Trade Desk, Xandr, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with video ad serving formats such as VAST, VPAID, MRAID.
  • Experience with tag vendors including DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS and Innovid.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Well-spoken and can clearly articulate technical information to technical and non-technical team members.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and managing deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required.
  • Relevant work experience.
