MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Director of Media Strategy to lead client relationships and a team in developing media strategies and tactical recommendations. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients. The Director will be responsible for ensuring alignment between media placement and messaging.
  • Managing day-to-day media planning work and delegating tasks.
  • Reviewing and approving team work, providing feedback.
  • Leading client communication on media projects.
  • Acting as a strategic lead across clients.
  • Generating creative ideas for audience engagement.
  • Leading team training on media topics and processes.
  • Coaching team members on deliverables and skills.
  • Building relationships with internal teams.
  • Translating audiences into strategic media audiences.
  • Overseeing client media budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities for POVs and strategic analyses.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of media planning experience.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional media channels.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Passion for media and advertising.
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
