BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid social accounts, driving client performance and growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and effective communication.Role involves:

• Developing and managing paid social campaigns.
• Analyzing data to derive insights and inform strategies.
• Creating innovative solutions to challenges.
• Communicating complex information effectively.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment.
• Experience building and managing paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
